Beef Short Rib truffle & parsley mash, garlic French beans, roast red onion, squash puree, red wine jus

Roast sumac spiced aubergine, wilted baby spinach, warm moutabel, pomegranate salsa (VG)

Passion fruit and mango dome with lime sorbet
