The FT has seen that reader engagement grow 15% year on year - an important KPI for customer retention which measures recency, frequency and volume of visits.

On the back of growing revenues from content (now more than 50% of overall revenues), the FT has doubled its profits in the last couple of years, and is investing in both its journalism and in technology to support new formats and products.
