This formidable agency team spans print, digital and experiential content output and in 2018 they developed a brand new strategy to align the Owners Group communications with the overall Harley-Davidson brand direction, including celebrating the brand's 115th anniversary while aiming to attract new audiences and launch new products including electric motorcycles for the first time. The team completely revitalised the look, feel and tone of the Owners Group magazine and other channels, increasing video output fourfold, with up to 9.5x social reach increase (only 20% of this driven by paid), and 7x engagement increase, plus advertising revenue growth in a challenging year.
