As Managing Director of Manning Gottlieb OMD, Natalie is responsible for the strategic direction of the agency, its capabilities and what it delivers for its enviable client list which includes John Lewis, Waitrose, Specsavers, Renault, Nissan, Starbucks, Sony and Virgin Media. For the last two years, the agency has been ranked as the No. 1 media agency in Europe in the WARC 100 and was the most awarded media agency in the 2018 Media Week Awards.

Natalie has been at the agency for 11 years and in her previous role she led the agency’s 160-strong digital offering, developing a breadth of new services including the highly-awarded search, mobile and social teams and more recently the tech innovation arm.

Prior to joining MG OMD, Natalie spent several years as a magazine publisher at IPCMedia (now Time Inc), where she got a taste for digital by launching magazine websites before moving agency side to master digital marketing further.
